This experience offers space for deep self-reflection, helping Next Gens clarify their values, articulate their intentions, and begin to forge an authentic path forward as future owners, engaged contributors, and individuals in their own right.

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS
Interactive sessions provide participants with the knowledge, tools, and language needed to better understand their role, articulate their goals, and take meaningful action. These training sessions are grounded in real-world experiences and designed to build both competence and confidence.
CO-DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS

ANA MARINESCU
A multilingual communicator, strategist, serial entrepreneur and part-time professor at the John Molson School of Business, where she was named “MBA of the Year” in 2009, Ana has developed a wealth of skills over the course of an extraordinary career, guided by a profound desire to support projects with a positive economic, social and environmental impact.
A true catalyst for success and an unparalleled connector, she is behind several innovative initiatives, including Quebec’s first accelerator programs for the automotive, fashion and gastronomy industries, as well as Concordia University’s Women in Business program and conference.
Combining refined listening skills, empathy, creativity and experience as a coach, facilitator or administrator, she brilliantly accompanies individuals and organizations in their quest for growth and impact.
SERGE EKEDI
Serge brings over 30 years of experience in business as an executive, entrepreneur, and advisor. He supports leaders, teams and organizations through transformation by focusing on presence, wellbeing, and sustainable performance. Serge brings international experience working with Fortune 500 companies, which has shaped key knowledge of global challenges. Coming from a family in business, Serge holds an MBA and is a certified executive coach and mentor, trained in applied neuroscience and performance.
