Through a dynamic journey of self-discovery, co-development, and guided trainings, participants gain deep insights into their strengths, values, and vision. The program also increases technical knowledge by equipping each participant with a practical, personalized toolbox of skills and frameworks to support real-world decision-making.
Participants are nourished through meaningful peer connections and networking opportunities, fostering a sense of community and shared growth. Experiential learning is integrated throughout the program, with optional activities and wellness-focused breaks designed to support both body and mind. These moments of pause—such as movement sessions, creative workshops, mindful practices, or time in nature—offer space to recharge, reflect, and restore balance.
By combining technical skills development, collaborative learning, and total wellness, participants are empowered to define their own unique, purpose-driven role within their family legacy—grounded in clarity, confidence, and connection.

PROGRAM CONTENT
OVERVIEW
Module 1:
Family Enterprise & Legacy Fundamentals
This module sets the stage for your journey by exploring why you are here and what it means to be part of an Enterprising Family. We will acknowledge and validate the unique dynamics and experiences you may be bringing into this space, helping you recognize and name them with useful tools and concepts. You'll begin building meaningful connections with your peers through foundational team-building activities. We'll also cover pertinent principles around confidentiality and NDA (particularly important for co-development activities).
Module 2:
Understanding Yourself: Strengths, Values & Motivations
This module focuses on understanding who you are within the context of your family, background, and lived experience. You will reflect on your values, identity, and what drives you. As part of this process, you’ll be introduced to the WellnessFlow personality profile, a tool designed to complement your self-discovery by offering deeper insight into your behaviours, and potential blind spots while also providing a comprehensive assessment of your wellbeing. You will be uncovering your personal sense of purpose and beginning to articulate what you want to do in the future. These reflections will act as the foundation for next steps in the program, and in particular Module 4 activities.
Module 3:
Rising Generation Skills & Competencies
In this module, you will learn about ownership competencies that support continued growth, clarity, and adaptability in a business family. The focus will shift toward aligning emerging capabilities with deeper personal insights, encouraging a thoughtful evaluation of your current positioning and areas for development considering potential areas of contributions. Where relevant, you’ll reflect on how your evolving path intersects with your broader family context or business opportunity. At this point, various developmental pathways will be presented, offering direction based on your evolving aspirations or potential for contributions in your family context.
Module 4:
Interpersonal Skills & Leadership Development
This final module is about leveraging interpersonal skills and leadership within your Enterprising Family and supporting you in navigating complex family dynamics to move closer to your vision. It’s also about making a clear commitment to yourself and your future. You will reflect on how to stay accountable to your goals and values beyond the program. A key focus will be equipping you with the tools and mindset for courageous conversations—creating the conditions to communicate with clarity, empathy, and impact. Each participant will present a personal plan that demonstrates a grounded understanding of their direction and next steps. The goal is for you to leave with clarity, confidence, and a strong sense of ownership over what comes next.
CO-DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS (VIRTUAL)
To support continued momentum beyond the program, two follow-up co-development sessions will provide a space to check in on your progress, share insights, navigate emerging challenges, and celebrate important milestones. They also provide an opportunity to reconnect with peers, deepen learning, and sustain the sense of community built during the program.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING (VIRTUAL)
To reinforce learning and personalize your journey, each module is followed by a one-on-one coaching session. These sessions provide dedicated space to reflect more deeply, explore your unique context, and translate insights into meaningful action. They are designed to support your growth, clarify the next steps, and ensure alignment with your goals.
