Job overview

Reporting to our Executive Director, you will work within an experienced team to actively support the delivery of varied and stimulating mandates for two distinct clienteles: multigenerational business families and managers and executives of companies of all sizes.

Specifically, you will contribute to initiatives related to organizational transformation, leadership development, interpersonal dynamics, governance, strategic planning, and intergenerational transition.

This position is for a curious, rigorous person with genuine human sensitivity, someone who wants to grow and excel in their role as an advisor and who is committed to the team's success.

Main responsibilities

Consulting Services

  • Actively support the design, implementation, management, and monitoring of client initiatives, in collaboration with colleagues, to achieve desired results.
  • Contribute to the design, preparation, facilitation, and documentation of various forums, including workshops, conferences, working sessions, and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop findings, recommendations, and summaries through various deliverables for client presentation purposes.

Talent Assessment and Development

  • Collaborate with colleagues to conduct individual personality profile assessments in various contexts (development, selection, orientation).
  • Contribute to the development and presentation of family and team profiles.
  • Administer and interpret 360° assessments and personality profiles in support of individual coaching initiatives.
    Identify the strengths, growth levers, and development priorities of participants in assessment initiatives.
    Internal management
  • Contribute to the coordination and effective management of various projects.
  • Actively participate in the development of diverse and customized tools and content.
  • Support outreach and business development by contributing to communication, marketing, and representation activities.

What you bring to the role

Education and experience

  • Advanced degree in organizational psychology, organizational behavior or development, or any other relevant field.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a consulting, coaching, or intervention role in a complex environment.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Technological proficiency and advanced mastery of MS Office.
