The program provides a structured, reflective space to explore the strategic, emotional, identity-related, and wealth-related dimensions of transition. It helps participants take a step back to answer two essential questions: Where am I today? and Where do I see myself going—with what purpose, meaning, and impact?

For those who wish to involve their spouse or partner in this journey, the program offers an optional add-on. This elective track is designed to foster shared understanding, alignment, and support by inviting partners into key moments of the reflection process. It may include an introductory session and a follow-up conversation to track progress and deepen mutual clarity. Whether through couple-focused conversations or small group formats (to be determined based on interest), this element creates space for partners to engage meaningfully—while fully respecting that their involvement is a personal choice.

PROGRAM CONTENT
OVERVIEW
Module 1:
Introduction and Foundations - preparing for the Next Chapter
In this module, you will focus on assessing where you currently stand across your enterprising family and personal lifecycles while anticipating transitions to come. You will explore paradoxes and psychological aspects of identity transitions to start defining your next life chapter. You will reflect on key factors, catalysts or potential challenges associated with your upcoming transition.
Module 2:
Reinventing your sense of purpose and meaning to thrive
This module will help you unlock your future purpose and interests, enabling you to thrive in your next chapter. You will leverage tools and models that will help you narrow down your goals and how to mitigate potential challenges. You will craft a personal sense of purpose statement and define your next chapter legacy goals.
Module 3:
Crafting the path for successful transition
This module focuses on translating your vision of this next chapter into a tangible roadmap. You will identify its key pillars and milestones and will craft a high-level transition plan to translate your intentions into actions.
Module 4:
Health, well-being and fulfillment
In this module, you will explore how to live this transition toward your next chapter in a positive way to protect your future well-being. You will develop tools and skills to manage the transition impacts on your overall health, well-being, and sense of fulfillment. As part of this process, you’ll be introduced to the WellnessFlow personality profile, a tool designed to complement your self-discovery by offering deeper insight into your behaviours, and potential blind spots while also providing a comprehensive assessment of your well-being in the context of your personal development, family business identity, and leadership journey.
You will reflect on how to redefine and measure personal fulfillment and success while addressing emotional or psychological barriers.
Module 5:
Communication & Integration
This module focuses on communication—specifically, how to strategically plan what, when, and with whom to share your transition vision to build bridges and secure the support needed to move toward your next chapter. You’ll consolidate your reflections into an initial plan and present it for feedback. This process will help you refine your direction, and you will begin to explore and build awareness of key external success factors—such as governance, strategy, and tactical alignment—that can serve as architectural enablers for your vision. You’ll have the opportunity to further define and solidify these elements in the modules that follow.
Module 6:
Family governance to support a harmonious transition
In this module, you will explore upcoming needs, challenges, paradoxes and how governance can support your family in this next chapter. You will identify which governance mechanisms, practices or policies should be planned or revisited to meet your future needs and ensure a harmonious transition.
Module 7:
Designing the transfer strategy and tactics
This module focuses on exploring and designing specific financial and non-financial strategies and tactics to support your successful transition. You will determine the success factors to overcome challenges and proactively boost your readiness for change. You will define a clear timeline and finalize evolving roles to bolster your roadmap.
Module 8:
Support & Final Integration
In this module, you will explore what your next-chapter plan requires in terms of trusted advisors to achieve your financial and non-financial goals, for you and your family. You will conclude with a presentation of your Next Chapter Transition Plan with feedback from your program coaches and fellow participants.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
To reinforce learning and personalize your journey, one-on-one coaching sessions are provided. These sessions provide dedicated space to reflect more deeply, explore your unique context, and translate insights into meaningful action. They are designed to support your growth, clarify the next steps, and ensure alignment with your goals.

- Navigating uncertainty and ambiguity in times of transition
- Designing a personal purpose statement
- Managing fear of irrelevance or "not mattering"

- Anticipating and managing resistance or misunderstanding from others
- Building a support circle or “Next Chapter Allies”
- Any other topics of personal and/or professional relevance to you
Delivery Format

8 monthly, full-day in-person sessions between September 2025 and April 2026 (6 hours each) – Dates to be determined
Each in-person session will be comprised of 3 components:

- Training on topics that entrepreneurs, transitioning business owners, and leaders must become familiar with to plan their succession and next chapter to fulfill themselves and thrive after transferring control of their role, business, and/or wealth during their lifetime.
- Co-development, discussion, and exchanges based on real-life contexts.
- Reflection and application of knowledge and insights drawn from the session for their own journey.

4+ virtual one-one-coaching/mentoring sessions (1 hour each) – between September 2025 and June 2026
- A final presentation will allow each participant to present their integrated Next Chapter Transition Plan which brings together the results of reflections from all modules.
